The Blame Game…
Most bad or ill-equipped leaders…so called people in power positions or unqualified businesses owners will either throw their people under the bus or project blame onto them to save themselves or make themselves look good.
If you ever find yourself in such a position…LEAVE!
When something goes wrong good leaders with integrity will take responsibility and not pass the buck or throw blame.
THAT is the easiest way to determine if your boss/manager/leader/president is a good mentor or not…
Will they throw you under the bus to save their own arse!
Bad leaders will point fingers and blame people who may not be in the position to defend themselves.
Such is the nature of THIS administration, such is the nature of any bad self-absorbed leader and such is also the nature of a toxic intimate or familial relationship.
Just an FYI…
All 3 of those scenarios are a narcissistic entanglements…just on different levels.
They are in it…to win it…solely for THEMSELVES!
BIG take away…
No integrity
Sleezy
No shame
No common decency
Equates to a bad leader.
Character requirements…
Integrity and honesty
Responsibility and accountability
Self-respect and Respectfulness
Loyalty and reliability
THAT’S what makes any old person a great leader.
Same ground rules make or break ANY kind of relationship.
