Integrity….by definition.

When you live in integrity you live in peace.
Choose integrity at every step…every day…and your mind will stay at peace.
Remember…when you lie to someone you have to lie to yourself first…you have to first convince yourself of the lie before you lie to someone else…you then have to remember the lie…and live the lie.
This process does not align with your souls true purpose.
You are now misaligned and not at peace.
The more lies you have to convince yourself of the more misaligned you feel…the more you move away from peace… the more you feel anxiety.
It’s much much worse when you have to conform to someone else’s lie.
Once you find out someone has lied to you…their integrity is in question.
Integrity is a hard trait to earn back once lost.
Choose integrity for peace of mind…even when no one is watching.
