Remember being scared of the boogie man under your bed…those were all your fears.
The Narcissist in your future will bring ALL your fears to life…in full living color. They will make you live in your fears. Every day is a little more of a living hell.
And you think you are stuck in it.
Pay attention to their actions not their words…they NEVER match.
They will pick at your vulnerabilities…to the core…they will pick on your fears…till you are a raw open wound…that YOU have to tend to and heal yourself.
EVERYTHING you experience with them is a lesson you need to pay attention to.
EVERYTHING!!!
It takes a lot of mental fortitude to look for the lessons in their bullshit behaviors and constant betrayals.
NOTHING will be the same ever again…for good reason.
It is a horrible gut wrenching experience…but it is for you to wake up to the boogie man under your bed.
These kind of people really do exist.
Remember that this experience had NOTHING to do with the Narcissistic person…and everything to do with your own fears.
The person who will manipulate your vulnerabilities is interchangeable…look around you…there are many.
A thief will ALWAYS choose to steal given half the opportunity.
It’s your job to protect yourself.
They serve no other purpose other than to point out and make you clean out the crap from under your bed…and the irony…they are a part of that crap.
The Narcissist is just the personification of all your fears.
Once you recognize that they are just a nightmare…
YOU are not stuck in it…
YOU can wake up…
YOU are the one who can change that nightmare into a wonderful dream.
But first you must deal with those fears…
YOU have to first get rid of the boogie man from under your bed.
